Terms and conditions

General

1. Charts are generated for the bigger and some smaller companies on the UK Stock Market.
2. From time to time, a new company may be added to the list for Plc Charting.
3. From time to time, a company may be removed from the list for Plc Charting.
4. Information you supply will be handled and used according to this website's Privacy policy.

Use of this website

1. It is the intention that this website will be available at all times of day or night. However, the website may be closed temporarily due to maintenance or technical problems. Latest website status is shown on the home page.
2. Availability of this website may be slowed or disabled if there are many users. You may have to try again later.
3. You must not download charts on a public computer such as at a library or Internet café.
4. You must not attempt any illegal, fraudulent or abusive activity on this website.
5. You must not attempt to bypass any security protocols or any other form of "hacking".
6. Access to this website may be denied if suspicious activity is detected.
7. If you are having problems using this website or any other questions, please contact me to report a problem.

Purchasing charts

1. Charting documents must be purchased before being downloaded, with the exception of the Example document or the Free sample document or any Free promotion.
2. All purchases are made using PayPal, either with a PayPal account or some other means acceptable to PayPal such as debit or credit card.
3. By logging on to a PayPal account or entering card details for making payment, you acknowledge that you have the authority to make such payment.
4. After entering your PayPal details or card details, you will be presented with a list of your chosen charts along with the total price. By clicking button Pay now you give an irrevocable instruction to purchase your chosen charts.
5. After clicking Pay now you must wait for your purchase instruction to be completed, which may take several seconds. During this time, you must not attempt to click Pay now again or refresh the page or move to another page.
6. When purchasing is completed, you will be presented with the list of your chosen charts which can now be downloaded. You may download individual charts in pdf format or a collection of all your chosen charts in zip format. You may download both forms if desired.
7. You have up to one hour (60 minutes) to download all your purchased charts. You may re-try downloading pdf or zip until you have successfully obtained all your chosen charts. It is your responsibility to complete downloading within the time limit.
8. Some devices may not recognise zip format in which case you will have to download the individual pdf files. It is your responsibility to ensure your device is capable of handling pdf files before purchasing and downloading charts.
9. When you have successfully downloaded all your chosen charts, click button Exit.

Use of charts

1. Charts are provided for use by individual investors only and must not be used by any company or organisation without permission.
2. All charting documents are copyright and remain my intellectual property. Charts must not be used in any publication without permission.
3. You may copy charts to another device belonging to you but for your own use.
4. You may store charts in memory sticks or other storage media belonging to you but for your own use.
5. You must not copy or send charts to friends, colleagues or anyone else.
6. You must not make charts available on a website or blog or anywhere else.

Liability

1. Charts are provided in good faith but the information presented is not guaranteed. It is your responsibility to satisfy yourself of the accuracy and completeness of charts before making any investment decision.
2. Plc Charting does not offer any investment recommendation or advice. You are responsible for your own investment decisions.
3. The liability of Plc Charting to you is strictly limited to the purchase cost of charts. No liability will be accepted for any consequential loss due to inaccurate or misleading information or any other cause. You must confirm the indicated price is correct before clicking Pay now to purchase charts.
4. All transactions between you and PayPal are the responsibility of PayPal. Refer to PayPal for their terms and conditions.
5. You are expected to have adequate anti-virus software running on your digital device. Plc Charting website and charting documents are provided in good faith and believed to be free of any virus or other malicious software but without any guarantee or liability.
6. Plc Charting is not liable for lost purchases due to a fault with your digital device or unreliability or failure of your Internet connection or Internet Service Provider (ISP).

1. Users may post comments, questions or contribute to discussions on the blog on this website
2. Users wishing to post to the blog must supply a suitable blog name which may or may not be related to their true name
3. Users must choose a unique blog name (which may include a number to ensure unique) and must not attempt to impersonate any other user
